The Programme
Three Paths.
01 — Trading with Positive Equity
The internship is the first step and a required pathway into the Trainee Trader Analyst role. Over one month, interns experience the reality of the job through market exposure, simulated trading, and the daily rhythm of the trading floor. It is a chance to understand the career properly, and for us to identify the people with the discipline, work ethic, and potential to move forward.
02 — Trading with Positive Equity Energy
This is where potential is developed into professional capability. The Trainee Trader Analyst role is a full-time, salaried position designed to prepare traders for live capital. Development is built through screen time, repetition, feedback, and learning alongside experienced traders. Progress is driven by performance, not time served. This is where traders begin building the habits, judgment, and edge required for a long-term career.
03 — Work with Positive Equity
Positive Equity helps experienced traders go further. We provide the environment, structure, and support to help traders refine process, sharpen analysis, improve sizing, and operate at a higher level. Good traders become great.
